The system’s cartridges, equipped with evaBREEZE® technology, are connected to a water source, where water is evenly distributed over the evaporative pads. Each row of pads is linked to a water redistributor, ensuring a consistent and controlled water flow without using open water or mist.

As hot, dry air is drawn through the water-soaked evaBREEZE® cooling pads, the water evaporates and turns into outgoing cool air. This process cools the air entering the industrial chillers by up to approximately 20°C (36°F).

For every degree Celsius reduction in air temperature, there is an approximate 2% reduction in chiller electricity consumption.

A remote management system monitors water levels and cartridge conditions, alerting operators of any issues and stopping the system if necessary.
