Collection and Use of Personal Data of Customers, Suppliers, and Other Contractors

We would like to inform you that we collect and use the personal data you provide to us, as it is necessary to conclude and execute any agreement with you. This applies to our (potential) customers as well as to parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services.

If you are a (potential) customer, we use your data to send you quotations, determine your specifications or requirements for a product or service, deliver goods or services, issue invoices, and communicate efficiently regarding the agreement's implementation. If you are a (potential) supplier or another contractor, your personal details are also necessary to conclude and execute the agreement, such as specifying our requirements, sending requests for quotations, placing orders, paying invoices, and maintaining effective communication.

Providing personal data is not mandatory, but failing to do so may prevent us from performing these activities.

Transfer to Third Parties

To fulfill potential agreements, it may be necessary to share your personal data with third parties who supply components, materials, and products to us or perform tasks on our behalf. We also store parts of our sales and purchasing administration, which include your personal data, on secure servers. Additionally, we use google services for emails and document storage and a newsletter mailing service, which requires sharing your data with the service provider.

Marketing

We may use your personal data to inform you via email about our existing and new products and services and to make offers. Each marketing email will include an unsubscribe link, allowing you to opt-out of future mailings.

Retention Period for Personal Data

If you have requested a quotation but have not become a customer, we will retain your data for up to seven years after our last contact. Similarly, if we have received a quotation from you but have not entered into a business relationship, your personal data will be deleted after seven years. For customers and suppliers, personal data will be retained for seven years after the financial year in which the agreement was fully executed


Your Rights

You have the right to view, supplement, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. You can also object to data collection and usage or file a complaint with the UAE Data Office. Additionally, you can request the transfer of your data to a third party.
